About The Event
United Way of McLeod County and the McLeod Emergency Food Shelf are hosting a FREE food distribution for all households in need.
Please read the following details:
- Entrance will only be allowed coming in the site Eastbound at County Road 5 (please follow traffic control and see map at unitedwaymcleodcounty.org).
- More than one household per vehicle is allowed, with a maximum of 5 households per vehicle.
- Each household will receive: 1 gallon of liquid milk, 1 box of food including 10 lbs of fruits and vegetables, 5 lbs of precooked meat, and 5 lbs of dairy (cultured and cheese).
- Food will be distributed safely through a drive-up model and loaded into trunks by volunteers who will maintain social distance.
