Every summer, Common Cup congregations hold drives to collect school supplies for those in need. Several area businesses and individuals also make contributions, both in supplies and monetary support. Parents need to register their children to receive supplies--forms go home with children from school in May. The distribution portion is set up so children may come and shop for their supplies, using their school's supply list to guide their choices. Volunteers act as shopping helpers to assist the children in picking out their supplies.
